[in Game] Problems for All Players 2 Second Lag in Norms Since Odyssey Release

Hey,

For the last week, since the release of odyssey, there is a mutual "lag" for everyone in my normal games where everyone experiences a brief second of lag. I asked in chat when it happened and all people said they do for sure have the same issue.

Since these are all randos, It isn't computer related and none of us are at the same location so this is definitely a league of legends side issue. Before this, I've played two years on the same connection, no changes/no problems, and on a high end computer (~180 fps, ~25 ping). I get the lag as well with my premade games with friends at other locations and we all suffer this lag at the same time for the same duration. Some of friends are on Mac some on PC so it affects both equally. It happens maybe once in a 40 min game, usually later in the day.

Please look into this as this nasty bug can easily cause a death or rewarded kill, where it shouldn't have happened.
