So in the past few days or so, I've noticed more frequent than not I'll get into a game, and try to use a "Thumbs-up" emote whenever my allies do something cooperative, and beneficial to the team to indicate the dream-work. (Team-work makes the dream-work.) Only to discover that the circular menu holding four sections, and a center are completely void of emotes that were, for the most part "Definitely there last game". So I'll go, and redo the emotes that are either there in the editing menu circle, or not there in the editing menu circle. Get into game, and they either pop up, or they don't. Now I know I won't get a red to see this (as usual and it's whatevs I guess) or someone else will make a post after this and get noticed, but ffs please can this be resolved? So far it's happened in ARAM most, but it's rather annoying.
