Rengars special bone items have disappeared
just as the title says after the new patch rengars special items are no longer there only the normal trinkets

Rengars Bone tooth is now a permanent stacking item. It isn't in the form of your bone tooth anymore.
it should be just a passive now, instead of a trinket, according to the patch notes
