Swain ultimate bug

Whenever Swain is in a game you can see the bird animation from his ultimate randomly come into across your screen and fly away even if Swain isn't in the area or ulting. Personally I think its pretty cool seeing his bird pop out no where as if he is always watching but I'm pretty sure its a bug. Not sure if the enemy sees the animation but I do as either Swain or if he is on my team.
