(Gameplay) Professor Ryze has a faster Q animation then Dark Crystal Ryze

since the professor skin came back i bought it and have been loving the skin and on day 1 of using the skin i noticed that the professor skin had a faster animation. I tried dark crystal ryze and noticed that the Q animation is very slow and is annoying
