5x Project Capsule bundle issues

I notice there was a previous issue with the capsules not having the proper minimum value set, and I honestly wouldn't even know if that had happened to me, and can't really tell if that's affected me or not. I had a few shards before I opened mine.

But I did notice that I didn't get any emotes with my bundles. That's surely not intended.

While I myself have no interest in emotes, I figured I should report this just in case I'm not the only person it's affecting. I did a quick search to see if it was a known issue pinned in any forums, but I saw nothing. Not even the note that I could have sworn I saw somewhere else about the previous change. My apologies if this has already been discussed at length and I just missed it.
