Blind Pick Should have Draft Style Lane Selection

People bicker over lanes or double up lanes constantly and makes the situation toxic. Blind pick should allow people to queue for a lane and then if they only want that lane they should be able to pick same lane twice with a warning that it might make longer queue times. This way there would be less lane bickering. However there should not be any bans or drafting, just lane selection. Everything else should be same.
