League chat system and friends list glitched.

I have had this problem non stop sense the update to the new season. My league chat system and friends list wont work. I don't know what else to do, I figured it was an issue with league like it always is but it has still not been fixed. Has anyone els had this problem? if so how did you fix it if you ever fixed it.
