[GAMEPLAY] Draven - Landing Axe Icon Missing and Replaced by a Circle of Light

On Draven, when you attack with your Spinning Axe (Q), the normal landing icon/particle effect is gone and has been replaced by a small circle of light. This small circle of light is nearly transparent and hard to see in team fights and in general.

There are rumors that not all skins have this problem. Apparently, Santa Draven; which I do not own is the only skin to not have this issue and also that this bug started to occur for people when Santa Draven was released.

((If Riot would like to gift me Santa Draven or temporarily take this skin out of legacy status to allow me to buy this skin with RP, I would gladly do so for testing purposes. XD )) * Or someone could test the skin for me if they own it and upload a video of their results.

I have tested all the skins I have. The only interesting results so far are Primetime Draven (PTD). As PTD when your spinning axe lands in a bush the actual icon appears instead of the circle of light. However, the icon is rather large and warped, like a layering/texture issue. Playing on others skins, I could not make the landing axe icon appear when it landed in the bush.

1	Play Draven
2	Press ‘Q’ and auto attack a target
3	Watch as your landing icon particle effect is replaced by a circle of light

— 4* As Primetime Draven go into a bush 5 Press ‘Q’ and auto attack a target 6 If the axe lands in the bush - see a warped icon (larger then normal)

This bug appears to exist for me in SR, ARAM and Practice Tool and happens on all skins that I own. Items do not affect this bug. Skins I own and have tested this bug on for Draven are - Default Skin, Pool Party, Soul Reaver, Primetime.

I have even messed with particle settings/graphics to see if this would fix the issue and no luck so far.
