@Riot i recieved leaver buster for a bug

Hey! In the past few months im having an issue with league which is the following: whenever im in game it freezes my entire computer, only when playing lol(sometimes it happens when i just run the game). I tried a few things, i also wrote to the boards and connected the support(who didnt replied to me since than). A few days ago i reinstalled league, which solved the problem for sometime, but now it crashes again, and today i recieved leaver buster. So i want to ask you to take it from me please, because i wasnt afk on purpose it was because of a bug(which btw applied to a lot of ppl, you can see if you look it up...), at least just take it because the support coildnt even answer for over a week. btw bc i needed to afk in a lot of games i had leaver buster a lot of times and i waited all of them, but im starting to be really fed up now.
