I spellshielded Q and my W AS increase clearly procced but I got stunned a fraction ofa second after anyway. While I may have been on her R, that shouldn't interact with my spellshield. Not sure what's going on.

Anivia's Q has 2 portions. The first is damage as it passes through you, the second is the stun and additional damage. You blocked the first part of her Q, but the second occurred.
