[Client] Client Keeps Opening when closed

I experienced this bug one time. In game I received a "reconnecting" notification. I thought it was my internet, but I could still use my internet. I attempted to close the client and log back in to see if that would fix the issue. I could only close it via task manager. Every time I closed it with task manager, it would reopen again and again. The only solution was to restart my computer. It is worthy to note that the game was ending as this was happening.

1)Experience "Reconnecting Notification" 2) Try to disconnect via task manager "End Task" on both league of legends tasks (during an end of game scenario) 3) client keeps reopenning itself and will not close
