[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench W non-responsive on allies

Occasionally I will use W on an ally to help them get out of a jam and nothing happens. It doesn't happen all the time but it is frustrating when it does and I am unsure how to replicate it. This has also happened to me on enemy champions even though they have 3 stacks of "an acquired taste"
