[Client] Alot of Quintessence Tooltips for exact stats is different from actual stats given.

On the side bar where you select the runes to put into your page the stats stated are either lower or higher than what is actually given.

Example: Greater Quintessence of Ability power says on the selection bar that it gives 5 Ability power, however it actually gives 4.95.

Similar examples are the same

Example: Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage says it gives 2.3 but it actually gives 2.25

Example: Greater Quintessence of Armor Penetration says it gives 2.6 but it actually gives 2.56

Example: Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration says it gives 2.0 but it actually gives 2.1
