[GAMEPLAY] flash-stun bug

near end, ashe arrowed at me. i flashed away... SUCCESSFUL flash... but the stun was still applied. This is totally bogus! If the flash applied, i should be GONE, no stun. if the stun did apply, then no flash! It's supposed to be instant!
