PBE bug

i can't log into my PBE account.. it says my password is wrong, when i request a password reset email it claims it sends the email to me but i never receive one. i try to create an account, but it says my email is already in use (meaning that my email obviously should work) When i try to log into the PBE forums, it basically does the same thing, creating a weird log in loop.. i'm not sure what to do.. any advice?
