"Harmony" passive not working for manaless champions.

Pretty self-explanatory title.

I started a custom game as Akali, bought , and had 9 health regeneration. I then bought and still had 9 health regeneration. The Harmony tooltip stated that my bonus health regeneration was 0%.

Sure, it may not be super viable, but a lot of manaless champions can use pretty well, and could be nice too. The item doesn't say anything about the amount of mana you're regenerating, it says the amount of bonus % mana regeneration stat you have. Manaless champions should still have the stat whether or not it's doing anything for them.

Huh? I am not too familiar with these items but they all give mana regen. Akali uses energy and that is fixed. Nothing changes that. So why get something that provides good mana regen on a champ that does not use mana? I do not think the spell Vamp will count from that because, if I am not mistaken, on other allies, so not self.

UNIQUE – HARMONY: Gain +25% base health regeneration for every +25% base mana regeneration.

IF Akali, an energy user, has 0% mana regeneration, she would get 0% bonus health regeneration.

make sense?

cause i assume you think all champions have mana regen, Tryndamere and Shyvana would not get bonuses.

i don't know if you can give yourself mana regen runes to get something from this, but it's inefficient imo.
