[Gameplay] Warwick's W not going off at all

In my most recent game I had multiple instances where Warwick's W would not go off until way later. I tried pressing it, which didn't work. It got to the point that I was spamming it every time I needed it because half the time it wouldn't work (despite the spam.) Clicking on it on my hotbar also did not work at all.

EDIT: Does it seem to anyone else like it's been League of Bugs lately? I feel like I've had at least one bug per day that I play League.
