[CLIENT] "Logging on" indefinitely
When I enter my username and password it says that I'm logging on... but it never gets past that. Not a waiting notice or an error, just "logging on".. forever.

Try running the lol.launcher.exe client as administrator, and then try running lol.launcher.admin and repairing. If both do not work try changing your router DNS servers IP address set but only if you cannot log-in to other clients like steam, origin, etc...
If the problem persists then you need to just wait until Riot comes out with a patch or fixes more of their server authentication issues.
