[Crash] Champion select freezes and crashes after Black Screen

For multiple times now (and unfortunately in series this time) the game will occasionally lose all images and icons in champion select and the screen goes black. You can hover over icons and images to force them to reappear but if you do too many it will freeze and crash, causing the client to think you left to game and giving you a leaver penalty. While this isn't an huge issue in normal and non-series games, this is a huge handicap when this occurs during a Series.
