FRENZY MASTERY

Ok, so its a bit hard to test with Jinx, since she naturally stacks attack speed, but Frenzy is NOT showing up as a little box above my health bar in-game.

Is frenzy working properly mechanic wise, and just not showing it's buff picture on my champion in-game? or is it completely not working at all?

edit: and may i add, i have plenty of critical chance with jinx. end game i get approximately 68% crit chance and about 2.3 attk speed and i see no sign of frenzy.
