[CLIENT] Multiple cases on multiple champions Quick Cast does not cast spell

Even though they're like halfway within the range indicator. Espeically if I use a point click ability. It'll not cast, and I have to try a few times. Usually to my death. Makes it hadr to play a champ when you don't cast spells when casting them. I've tried a few times to cast, and remove my hands from keyboard and mouse... champion has just kind of walked into melee range of my target (even if my spell is not melee range)
