According to wiki:
"Collecting a Spell Shard allows Zoe to activate Spell Thief within the next 60 seconds, and she cannot pick up another Shard until she does."
This is false.

Well that part isn't false.
"within the next 60 seconds" I don't keep track of time, but sounds right.
"and she cannot pick up another Shard until she does.""
I guess it's this part.
If she has a shard and walks over another, it consumes the original and picks up the new.
But point taken, I'll bold the falsity.

Could either be a tooltip bug or mechanical bug, something like this should be looked into for sure
