[Skin] Pool Party Rek'Sai Recall Glitch

[Video not by me] So, I personally haven't ran into this glitch (mostly because of the fact I don't own Rek'Sai let alone her Pool Party skin), but I saw another post on here on it, but it was worded a bit off, and didn't have an example. But anywho, to explain, the recall animation goes up until about 6 seconds, to which it then stops, right before Rek'Sai jumps out and catches the frog.
