[CLIENT] Games don't load during alt tab now

I used to be able to alt-tab during loading screen and be completely stable. Now I experience a variety of issues, the most recent being that the game didn't even start loading until I alt-tabbed back to it to check on it. RIP coming to lane 3 minutes late against a darius and your jungler left it pushing towards him...
