minions and jg monsters are getting stunned for no reason

today I've seen this happen multiple times. a minion gets stunned for absolutely no reason for few seconds. also I've seen the jungle monsters which were the blue and the red. stunned right when I walked to them for no reason at all.

one time a minion was not moving for a full 10 seconds

You smited Krugs.

You will stun a monster ever 5 autoattacks.

This definitely sounds like a bug though.
