CLIENT SOUND SETTINGS: Lowering the sound settings

only seems 50% effective... in that I mean not all sounds seem to be lowered at all by the Master Volume. The DEFENING "KADOOOOOONG" of 'Match available' somehow seems to get even louder if you get the audacity to try to silence it.
