Anniversary Quest/Rewards not appearing

It is currently 6:18 PM PST and I have played a casual TFT game and a ARAM. I have not received any rewards nor have I seen any quest to complete for said rewards. Am I missing something? I have "Entered" the anniversary area 3 times now and tried clicking on the ball and nothing happens. I check the 10th anniversary quest log and see nothing there. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Im having the same problem and I have logged out 2x and played after each time

Mine fixed itself. I re-logged and it appeared

I am having the same problem, many of my quest rewards (chests, eggs, icons) are not appearing. The 10th anniversary quests will also disappear and reappear at random.
