Perma Locked Camera after Urgot ult fails to kill Tryn who is in ult

Was playing an ARAM match and I used my Tryn ult when Urgot ulted me to prevent my death. Afterwards, my camera was permanently locked to follow me around. When I died, my camera would be free again but I discovered that anytime I hit my SPACE key, it would return to my character and be permanently locked onto me. Also, whenever I clicked and held my M1 key on the minimap for a few seconds, my camera would be free again but the second I would hit the SPACE key, I would be relocked. The only time hitting SPACE didn't affect this was when I was typing in chat. Anyone else experience this?
