Rammus Immage MIA Gameplay/Client

Just wanted to say this is the second time I've seen this. Some reason when you spectate one of the featured games, the image for Rammus does not know up. I do not know if this is due to something on the clients end or on the server, I have however only seen this happen when Rammus is jungling.

Edit: After Alt + Esc, the image appears.
