Nocturnes CC score yo
Is broken. I dont know if its his Fear tether, or his ultimate, but something is outrageously padding his CC score. To a degree where its normal for him to have 6x+ the CC score of a Leona. Not a big deal, just an observation.

it's his ult, nearsight is a form of CC and applying it to 5 people for 6 seconds multiple times in a game is going to add up. Yes, it's misleading, but it's completely true
