[Gameplay] Shyvana's Q tooltip broken

When in game, hovering over the tooltip for Shyvana's Q shows the damage for her second strike as one of two different values. Every time I hover over the ability icon to bring up the tooltip, it seems to randomly decide to show one of the values, but I never know which one it will show. Please investigate.
