[GAMEPLAY] Using Mute doesn't silence Champion emotes

I've been noticing this for a while, but when I mute a teammate or opponent who's spamming /L, they keep going "LAUGHLAUGHLAUGHLAUGH" with me being able to do nothing.

Might just be my game screwing me, so please check.
