Any word on the Critical Error bug yet?

All the dumps from Task Manager have been done by a bunch of us. We even sent them in to the dev teams via Bug Report and the forums. And not one word? It has been now a month since the megathread was started. I just took my computer into the shop - got a fresh install of Windows, all my drivers updated and I was greeted by the dreaded Critical Error issue once again on hitting the Loading Screen. Can we please get some sort of idea of where the devs are in isolating the problem? Is it Windows Defender? Is it the May 2019 patch that's responsible? Is it the change in the way the client updates and patches itself?

Please give us a bone. Please - some of us want to start playing ranked again without the fear of being nailed with a Leaverbuster.

In all seriousness, i don't understand why people take their the computer to a shop and PAY someone to reinstall windows for them and update a bunch of drivers. Those are literally the easiest tasks in the world.

Other than that.... Did you create a ticket? They have valuable information in the support page

You didn't read - and just assumed.

Yes, I created a ticket (many!). Yes, I filled in dozens of bug reports. Yes, there is even a mega-thread on the topic - which I alluded to in the original post. Further, I have built my own computer. I have repeatedly installed my own copy of Windows over the years. But I needed a second opinion on another issue - enough said. (Geez, I am getting so tired of people who want to appear superior to others in the forums.)

BUT, we still have not had any word from the devs on the progress related to the bug - in patch notes, on the forums, on Reddit (where the critical error bug has been mentioned in a few threads). And so on.
