[GAMEPLAY] - Braum can 'Stun' Zz'rot Portals

Noticed this in one of my games today. If Braum auto attacks an enemy Zz'rot Portal 4 times, it will proc his Concussive Blows and create the "dizzy" visual over the Zz'rot. The spawning of the voidlings seems unaffected. Just a minor visual bug.
