[INGAME CHAT] Champion name is not displayed in all chat announcements

In some chat announcements, the champion name is displayed in brackets behind the player name e.g. XXX (Annie) purchased Warding Totem (Trinket).

But in most cases, the champion name is not displayed XXX is on a killing spree.

It should be like: XXX (Annie) is on a killing spree.
