Blind bugs and how to recreate

These bugs exist for Quinn, though I am not sure whether they apply to teemo

First bug: blind a target and their first auto or two will go through it anyway. easiest way to recreate this is to take quinn into the jungle and Q gromp. Gromp will be damaged and blinded before he starts attacking, yet his first attack will go through anyway, guaranteed.

Second bug: Enhanced AAs are not missed if activated before being blinded. Take Nasus. Have him press Q. Have Quinn blind him, then have Nasus AA Quinn. His Q-enhanced AA will connect despite him being blinded.
