Permament Seraph's Shield Indicator

I've noticed a bug recently in my games where sometime when players have a Seraphs Embrace and use the shield, sometimes the indicator/animation/whatever that normally shows when they actually have the shield sticks around even when the shield is gone. Doesn't affect actual gameplay thankfully, but is still a visual bug nonetheless.

I've also seen some streamers encounter this bug while streaming. Anyone else encountering this bug their games?
