Fantasy LCS not recognising that I'm logged in?

When I log into the League of Legends website I am unable to access my Fantasy LCS league. It says that I need to sign in to create a new league even though I have already signed in.

Also when I am logged in, in the top right corner where you summoner icon and name is supposed to be simply says "MY ACCOUNT".

Can anyone help me?
