"you dont have the rights to log in"

so i pre-registered (?) for LOR and downloaded the installer FROM THE OFFICIAL LOL PAGE and when i try to log in it tells me "you dont have the rights to log in" then it just closes.

so idk is this supposed to be like "youre not admin" because i am or is it "your acc isnt accepted in the closed beta yet"?
