Camera Lock Bugs

First: Randomly when I die, the camera will lock onto my body with no ability to move. I can't click on the minimap or move the mouse to the sides. This bug has been in the game since Season Five (at least).

Second: Ran into this one twice today. The camera would only move IF I hit the space bar. It would stay locked on as long as I held space, but upon release it would remain centered on where it was when I released it. I couldn't move it by hovering at the sides of the screen (didn't try the minimap on this one). Persisted until end of game (we lost because of it).
