The client isn't working.
I can't log into my client. It says that I'm not connected even though my internet is perfectly fine.

There has to be something going on, I’m in a game right now and everyone is experiencing lag and is constantly disconnecting and connecting even though all our ping is low, mine currently 23 with these issues happening.
Oh I forget to mention, sometimes it patches, but then nothing happens. If I had to guess, I'd say the server is due for more maintenance.

Fires up League for some ARAM before bed. **Very quickly says it's installing a patch, then looks good to go. ** Queues for ARAM match. Gets Nasus, like that would matter. After a few minutes in load screen, stalls at 79%. Alt + tabs to see if there's another process running. There isn't. Tabs back, and is now at 80%. Decides to wait. Reaches 100%, but it's been like 10 minutes on loading screen. Game could be half over, so restarts League. **Skips launcher after sign-in, goes to black screen. Some sound effect plays, and an error message pops up. ** Clicks Retry, waits a little bit. Nothing is happening. Restarts computer. Logs into League again. Back to the black screen, same sound effect, same error message. Takes screenshot. Client closes. Launcher goes to honors screen. Everyone has already left the room. Quotes the error message in chat, just cause. Comes here and types this. Can't figure out if League Forum even lets one upload an image, so just quotes it.

**How to reproduce: Running Win 7 (64) and League version is "Client: V8.5 / 7189509.7189802.7189845" . Queue for ARAM, or more likely, any PVP, or more likely still, any game at all. **Not intending to recreate this since it cost my 4 teammates a 5v4 loss, and all 10 people 15 minutes of life.
Edit: Ran the Battle Training tutorial and it worked. The load screen displayed "Version 8.5.220.9699 (Mar 7 2018/14:45:58) [PUBLIC] <MAIN> Client" .
I'm going to wait until League gets another patch before trying another match.
