Chat filter bugged

I sent this in through the normal support already but they suggested posting a bug report. I have tried several things to fix this and I still get the Chat Filter on when I am in game even though it is unchecked in the settings and saved that way. I have found that it'll be off if I check the box but that should mean this is an easy fix right? Well it's been a few days since I alerted support to this and would have figured a hotfix would be out by now but it's not. This is more of just an annoyance but still something that is wrong with the game.
