Rerolling three skins I thought guaranteed a skin that you could use. Does it not? I rerolled three skins and got Dragon Knight Mordekaiser. I do not own Mordekaiser. Was I wrong about thinking that rerolling 3 skin shards giving you a skin for a champion you own?
You were wrong. They only specified it would be a thing you didn't own, not one you didn't own and could immediately use.
Im not too sure how it works for people who dont own all (or most champions) I would assume one you do unlock Mord you can unlock the skin afterwards. I was under the impression that the re-roll gives you a random skin, champion own or not! But i own all the champions already so im not too sure!
