This happened to me with Mundo.

Also this is important, it is bugged the other way around as well. My friend and I picked for each other so I would not be countered, he picked Darius for me and I picked Nautilus for him. I only have a Darius skin and he only has a Nautilus skin. After we switched and the game started both our skins loaded as base even though we both have our skins selected.

Kind of sad when you paid money for a skin and it forces base on you...

Anyways just wanted to add the flipside to the bug that's not as great as using skins you don't have in game.

Bro if you don't own Vayne you can't trade with your friend for you to play vayne.

This happened to me twice a few days ago. Got to play Jade Dragon Wukong and Galactic Nasus and I don't own those skins.

I've had this bug as well when i traded Lucian for Rammus I owned a skin on Lucian and it gave me chrome Rammus for that game only.
