Ranger's Focus and Runaan's Bug 7.18

Not sure if it's a bug, but:

It occures in-game and 10/10 times. If you take a closer look at the video you'll see how all the dummies + Warwick are taking damage from Runaan's Hurricane's bolts as long as Ranger's Focus is active. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the bolts from Runaan's Hurricane supposed to only hit 2 additional targets beyond the main target, irrespective of circumstances?

P.S.: Might be intentional behavior, but I doubt it. And I just found it, so I've no idea if it occured in previous patches.
