My PBE launcher isn't working

My PBE client was working fine yesterday, but now, it says "Unavailable" in red letters in the top right hand corner, and the "Launch" button is grey instead of the usual orange. Was is something I did in game on the PBE?

I'm not sure, and I don't know who to talk to about this.
