Vladimir's E needs a textual update

When you use Vladimir's E and it begins to stack, the health cost and damage noted in the ability's description never changes, but stays at 30. I know the health cost and damage incresaes after each cast. I have noticed other champs such as Kassadin, the mana cost of Kass's ult updates after every use, however Vlad's doesn't. Just a simple visual/text update is all
