Game somehow made me vote "No" despite being DCed.

So I was trying to play a match recently where at the 1:55 mark exactly, my game froze. I tried everything I could but was forced to restart my computer.

When attempting to rejoin the game I had 3 reconnect failures, and by the time I was put back into the game it was over and I was thrust into the post-match lobby where I found out that SOMEHOW, despite not even being in the game, I voted "No" on the surrender vote. So I'm getting reported for trolling when I honestly was not in-game to vote. Even if I was, being afk for 20+ minutes should've forfeited my vote anyhow.
