[GAMEPLAY] Kalista attacks slower when effected by slows

Easily one of the most annoying bugs in the game aside from azir ult not knocking anyone back or doing damage (rito pls).

How to recreate: Step one: get a high amount of attack speed (about 1.8 should be okay) Step two: use your passive to jump around then place Step three: get an enemy player to slow you Step four: watch as you now attack slower and the jump animation become really slow, thus also making you attack slower.

Please fix this bug, it makes me want to cry because if i get chain slowed as Kalista it makes me so frustrated when I can't even auto once per second instead of twice per second.

Bump! This needs more attention. Strong slows like thresh ult absolutely butchers kalistas attack speed when it shouldn't affect it at all, atleast if you are trying to use your passive. Because kalistas attack speed is tied together with her jump every slow also acts like an attack speed slow.
